About Me


HI! I am Stephanie Pazniokas (pronounced "PAZ-KNEE-OH-KUSS") - founder of SJP Health & Wellness.

Whether you like it or not YOU are the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of your body - making the strategic decisions about how you spend your time and energy. You are the COO (Chief Operations Officer) of your body - responsible for quality materials and supplies and making sure things run smoothly. You are the CSO (Chief Scientific Officer) - responsible for the scientific and research operations, what works and doesn't - for YOU.

Welcome to SJP Health and Wellness, where your unique path to vibrant health begins. I want to take you on a journey of discovery, empowerment, and transformation as we unlock the secrets to becoming the boss of your own health.


From Pain to Power

But, as with any transformation, it all begins with pain.  My journey of self-discovery brought me to the realization that I needed to change. And change I did - not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. I had to confront my self-worth, tied too tightly to my usefulness to others. It led to anxiety, stress, and a relentless desire to please everyone - I had to let that all go. 


My Unconventional Path

My own journey to this point has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. Back in 2007, I found myself juggling a full-time job and motherhood, trying to meet the expectations of both worlds. It was a constant battle, and I was losing. I gained weight, developed high blood pressure, and felt like I was barely staying afloat. Life was a chaotic river, and I had no paddle. My health suffered, and I hit rock bottom. Then came an opportunity, a new job, a fresh start. It was here that I embarked on a path to rediscovering myself. A "biggest loser" contest in the office was my turning point. With the support of a caring neighbor and newfound determination, I started my journey towards better health. But it wasn't easy. I tried crash diets, extreme workouts, and endless internet searches, often hitting dead ends.   


The Science of Self-Discovery

At the end of another “failure” (which now I recognize as just more learning on my part), I turned to what I knew. My background in science empowered me to experiment and delve into the intricacies of nutrition and wellness. I realized that there was no one-size-fits-all solution. Each of us is unique, and our path to wellness is equally distinctive. The “conventional wisdom” was not terribly wise.


A New Way Forward

Now, after nine years of dedicated study, training, and practice in nutrition, I've found freedom. I love the skin I'm in. I sleep well, I'm pain-free, and I'm living my dreams. I've learned to manage stress, keep my health on track, and live life on my terms without rigid rules.

The BOSS Academy Group Coaching

This 6 month group program helps you develop sustainable habits and skills you need that enable you to achieve your full-spectrum health and wellness, restoring energetic health. The program offers multiple 1:1 individual coaching sessions as well as weekly group coaching/accountability calls, a full educational resource vault, and workshops - all of which focus on nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, & time management.

Deep Health 1:1 Coaching - 3 months  

This 3 month program helps individuals develop sustainable habits and skills they need that enable them to enhance their deep health and wellness - ensuring that the main disruptors of health are addressed, establishing the path to restoring energetic health. The program entails an individualized 1:1 coaching path which focuses on 2 or 3 of the following focus areas: nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and time management.

The 6 month 1:1 coaching program allows us to explore more areas of health and wellness.

In addition to my Bachelor's in Psychobiology (Biochemistry)  from Drew U. and Masters of Science in Neuroscience (Brandeis University), I hold certifications as a Precision Nutrition Coach as well as a Culinary Nutrition Expert & Culinary Instructor.
